A spotlessly clean and comfortable room, perfect for our summer vacation! George was very helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. We also appreciated the spacious, shaded parking area and the central location, which made it easy to reach the island’s beaches. We especially loved the well-maintained garden in front of the room!

Nestled in the traditional village of Fratsia, Volta Stonehouse Apartments are housed in a beautifully restored stone farmhouse that preserves the authentic character of Kytherian architecture. Their central location makes them the perfect base for exploring the island, with Chora, Avlemonas, and most of Kythira’s beaches just a short drive away.

Within a few minutes’ walk, you’ll find the traditional taverna Familia, while the spacious private garden and the village’s peaceful atmosphere provide the perfect setting to relax and unwind after a day of exploration.

Four accommodations with authentic Kytherian character

The complex consists of three spacious one-bedroom apartments and one comfortable studio, accommodating between two and four guests. All units feature a private bathroom, free Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen or kitchenette, and a dining area. Guests also have access to a large shaded veranda overlooking the garden, as well as private parking.
